1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "xasino" refers to the online casino platform accessible via the xasino.win website and its associated mobile app.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at xasino.
• "Service" refers to all games, sports betting, promotions, and other features available through the xasino platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in a player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, or any other promotional incentive granted by xasino to players.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before the first withdrawal or when requested by xasino.

2 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to use the xasino platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• A citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia, or located in Malaysia when accessing the platform.
• Has never been banned or barred from using any online gambling platform previously due to fraud or a breach of terms.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not known to have a serious gambling addiction problem, or not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion program.

Xasino reserves the right at any time to request proof of eligibility and to suspend or close an account if a player is found not to meet the above requirements. xasino's decision in this matter is final.

3 Account Registration and KYC Process

Account registration at xasino is free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active mobile number.

Each player is only permitted to hold one account at xasino. If a person is found to hold more than one account, xasino reserves the right to close all such accounts, cancel all bonuses, and retain any winnings obtained through bonuses from those accounts.

The KYC process is mandatory for all first withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a specified limit. The required documents are as follows:

• Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
• Proof of current address dated within the last 3 months (bank statement, utility bill, or official letter).
• Proof of the payment method used (screenshot of the relevant FPX account or e-wallet).

The KYC review process takes 24–48 business hours. xasino will notify you of the review outcome via your registered email. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC has been successfully verified.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Xasino accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in real time with no fees charged by xasino.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: subject to the payment method and the player's account limits.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

Xasino is not responsible for any delays caused by payment providers or banks. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction for review.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Players may make a withdrawal at any time as long as the account balance is sufficient and all wagering requirements (where applicable to a bonus) have been fully met.

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 30 per transaction.
• DuitNow processing time: 15–60 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfer processing time: 1–3 business hours.
• The first withdrawal must go through a full KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (to prevent money laundering).

Xasino reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while conducting security or compliance checks. In such cases, we will notify the player within 24 hours and state the reason for the suspension.

No withdrawal fees are charged by xasino. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose a transfer fee that is beyond our control.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

In general, the applicable wagering requirements are as follows:

• Finalised game results cannot be reversed.
• If a technical disruption occurs during an active game, any affected bets will be returned to the player's balance.
• Xasino is not responsible for losses caused by an unstable internet connection on the player's end.

8 Prohibitions and Usage Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the xasino platform:

• Use of automation software (bots) or any third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Collusion between players in table games or Live Casino.
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Opening an account using false information or another person's identity.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs for unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in any inappropriate conduct toward xasino support staff.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

In summary, xasino:

10 Account Closure and Restriction

11 Limitation of Liability

Xasino provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous platform availability or the absence of technical disruptions. However, we are committed to minimising any downtime and will notify players of any scheduled maintenance.

• Xasino is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Xasino's liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Players are solely responsible for their wagering decisions and xasino is not liable for the outcome of any legitimate game result.

12 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Xasino reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice for minor, non-material changes. For material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect a player's rights or obligations — xasino will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice before the changes take effect, via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the xasino platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the new terms take effect.

It is the player's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms governing the use of the xasino platform. The last updated date is always displayed at the top of this document.
